    Qualifications


    Must successfully pass a ten year background and employment check.

    Must submit to and pass a Drug screen and Fingerprints.

    Must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. Must also be at least 18 years of age.

    Must be able to speak, read and comprehend instructions.

    Must possess good communication skills and a friendly attitude.

    Must interact effectively with customers and co-workers, and must work productively within the team in a fast paced environment.

    Must be well-groomed and dressed appropriately when working.

    Must be able and flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.

    Must be able to lift up to 25lbs, move, bend, twist and kneel. Must also be able to stand for long periods of time.

    Food experience preferred but not required.

    Minimum six months of customer service and cash handling experience in preferred.

    Must have open availability.

    Responsibilities

    Looking for energetic people for a dessert kiosk in Terminal 1, boarding area C to provide outstanding customer service from the initial greeting to the final sale. This will involve assessing customers' needs and providing information about menu items. Maximize sales by assisting in the daily operation of the location and up selling menu items.

     

    Responsibilities include:

    Greeting customers in a friendly manner, with a smile and making eye contact.

    Keep location clean and orderly at all times.

    Stocks shelves and refrigeration units on down time with merchandise to keep full.

    Checks to ensure incoming merchandise is accurately tagged, stock is rotated, and properly stored.

    Assist supervisors and managers with delivery and bring stock through checkpoints.

    Notifies Supervisor/Manager immediately of anything that is not standard operation procedure that could have an effect on location operations.

    Be friendly when assisting customers in selecting menu items.

    Develop a thorough knowledge of all menu items carried in location, to maximize sales and minimize customer delays.

    Ensures all register procedures are followed for cash transactions, voids, refunds, and credit card purchases.

    Operates register and records purchases accurately.

    Handles money properly to ensure no cash discrepancies.

    Fosters good relationships with Airport Management and other airport employees.

    Follow company policies and procedures.

    Other duties as assigned.
