As a Customer Service Representative, you will have one of the most important roles in our company. From the time passengers check-in and board their flight until the moment they arrive and collect their luggage, you will provide the highest level of personal service. You will need to thrive on talking to and helping others, be naturally out-going and committed to improving every passenger's travel experience. Assisting customers with travel needs such as, answering inquiries, checking-in passengers, and boarding flights in a fast-paced environment
Perform computer and paperwork tasks
Perform boarding and gate duties, such as, checking flight tickets, assisting and directing passengers, making announcements, checking aircraft, and confirming cabin security
May be assigned to perform duties in varying capacities such as, evaluating and preparing flights by arranging seat assignments and load, coordinating special meals, Jet Bridge and upgrades
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
Must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D.
Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends.
Must have customer service experience
Must possess valid VISA/green card/citizenship/OPT
Must be able to participate in paid training
Must be able to learn and operate a computerized reservation system
Must possess the following skills:
Problem solving, ability to multi-task, ability to work independently and within a team environment, possess exceptional communication skills, follow policies and procedures, respond promptly to customers needs, respond to requests including those for service, follow instructions, and respond to management direction, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be able to anticipate needs of others in a fast paced environment, have a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
