Supervise cashiers, valets, lot checkers and support personnel, schedule work assignments for parking staff, prepare work banks, escort cashiers to work stations, conduct inspections, respond to staff’s requests for change, supplies and assistance, complete work performance forms, complete and submit incident reports, assist in resolving customer issues and disputes, respond to parking equipment malfunctions, abate or report hazardous conditions within the facility, perform license plate image review, interact with Airport Duty Manager on facility updates, delayed flights and other related operational issues, accept other assignments from management.
Must successfully pass a ten year background and employment check.
Must submit to and pass a Drug screen and Fingerprints.
Must possess a High school diploma or G.E.D.
Must have a valid California Driver’s License with a good driving record.
Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
Must have the ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to a customer or another employee of the company.
Must have the ability be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs. and tolerate harsh weather elements.
Must be available to work all shifts (day, swing, grave)
Must be able to pass a basic math exam.
Previous customer service, cashier, valet, parking and supervisory experience required.
