    Qualifications

    Must successfully pass a ten year background and employment check. Must submit to and pass a Drug screen and Fingerprints. Must possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Candidates must have a valid California Driver’s License with a good driving record. Candidates must have a current California BSIS Guard Card in good standing with the State. Candidates must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English. Candidates must have the ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to a customer, client, responding agency or another employee of the company. Candidates must have the ability to meet physical demands and be able to stand; walk; and sit for long periods of time.

    Responsibilities

    Protect airport property from theft or damage, or persons from hazards or interference. Conduct patrols to check for irregularities and inspect premises. Preserve order and enforce airport regulations, local ordinances, State and Federal laws.
