    Qualifications

    • Must successfully pass a ten year background and employment check.
    • Must submit to and pass a Drug screen and Fingerprints.
    • Must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. Must also be at least 18 years of age.
    • Education: Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions.
    • Critical Skills: Strong Command of English language; fluency in other languages highly desirable.
    • Work Experience: 1 – 2 team leadership experience within retail/service industry preferred.
    • Key competencies include: strong interpersonal skills, solution based, energetic, team oriented, ability to multi-task, composure under pressure, keen to learn.
    • Professional in appearance, demeanor and language.
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with people at various levels.
    • Function as a resourceful and proactive team member.
    • Must be able to have a flexible schedule as required by the needs of the business.

     

    Responsibilities

    As the Team Lead, Sales reports to the Product Sales Manager (PSM), this is a key role in the delivery of the DFS’ vision of exceptional people delivering exceptional product. They inspire, lead and develop the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience as exceptional people who are delivering exceptional products, building customer loyalty and relationships while delivering sales and productivity targets.
