Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge.
Must successfully pass a ten-year background check, pre-employment check (CHRC) and credit check with no more than $7,500 in delinquent debt.
Must submit to and pass a drug test, and criminal history records.
Must possess a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma or equivalent experience required.
Must possess 2+ years professional experience in a customer service role preferably.
Must be proficient with computers and technology.
Must possess a professional appearance, Hospitality and/or Sales experience highly preferred.
Exceptional verbal communication skills and not afraid to approach others to engage in conversation.
Must have the ability to be ontime on a regular basis.
We're looking for outgoing, fun, passionate people who will exemplify the CLEAR brand and excite the traveler! The three main pillars of the role are security, customer service, and sales.
Security - Validate airline documents, verify CLEAR member traveler identity and follow documented security protocols.
Service - Perform as an airport concierge and deliver a great experience for all airport customers (members and nonmembers).
Sales – Actively engage travelers about the benefits of joining CLEAR and get new members to enroll per the sales incentive plan.
Perform maneuvers on our kiosk (with the help of our technical support team) to troubleshoot issues, upgrade accounts and conduct necessary upgrades and kiosk maintenance.
