The Administrative Assistant will handle administrative duties of the GSE operations.
• Maintain data system for GSE equipment maintenance.
• Open and close work orders.
• Inform manager daily of equipment maintenance status.
• Complete billing for all work orders.
• Order parts and maintain/organize parts room.
• Maintain parts inventory with tracking system using excel.
• Maintain and stock consignment parts inventory.
• Maintain, update and repair technical manual inventory.
• Track usage and maintain consumable product inventory.
• Responsible for waste product disposal using local vendor.
• Answer phones and inform maintenance of equipment requiring repairs.
• Record and track all counts of failures of staff to appear for assigned work shifts.
• Coding daily absences through supervisor confirmation.
• Order office supplies.
• Ensure the safe and secure operations, in accordance with the highest possible standards of
health, safety, security and all government statutory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
