    Team Leaders at Paradies Lagardère provide assistance and support to the Management team in achieving the goals of providing First Class Service to the customers.  Team Leaders work in collaboration with the sales team to ensure that the shops are running efficiently and daily task are completed from opening to closing to ensure optimal performance.   





    • High school diploma or GED
    • Ability to work any schedule - morning, evening, week days, weekends and holidays
    • Ability to walk long distances at a brisk pace
    • Ability to pass Federal Criminal Background Investigation and Credit Screening
    • Willingness and ability to meet all job functions as outlined above and as given to support business needs
    • Two to five years prior supervisory experience in the retail area
    • Must have strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to create a positive and productive work environment, monitor associates' work to ensure efficient service and performance
    • Work with a consistent sense of urgency
    • Able to prioritize and successfully handle several projects at once
    • Must be a self-starter and ability to work with minimal instruction
    • Able to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations
    • Accurate with attention to detail


    • Full responsibility for auditing all cash drawers in each store during multiple shifts
    • Record and properly refund returns, maintain an accurate count of the store's cash-on-hand throughout the day
    • Direct, coach and train Associates in their daily job assignments to maximize First Class customer service expectations
    • Ability to process all point of sale transactions promptly and within company guidelines
    • Provides scheduled breaks and lunch breaks to the sales associates by working the stores
    • Resolve minor customer and associate complaints and refer higher level issues to the location manager
    • Prepare daily replenishment orders and ensure that all locations are stocked appropriately
    • Daily completion of audits, reports and preparation of daily deposits
    • Other duties as necessary to help meet business goals
