  • Overview

     

    The Cargo Operations Associate will be assigned to work in both SFO and SJC airports on a regular basis.  

    Qualifications

    Air cargo experience preferred

    Valid driver’s license

    Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills M

    ust pass pre-employment drug test and 10- year employment background check. ・Bilingual in English/Japanese preferred

    Proficiency in MS Office

    Associate’s degree preferred

    Responsibilities

    Include but not limited to:

    Coordinate the loading and unloading of cargo on transport devices (ULDs, pallets, or containers) and into and out of aircraft ・Ensure the security of cargo is consistent with ANA, FAA, and TSA regulations and policies, ・Maintain close contact with cargo sales and flight operations agents to ensure efficient operations, ・ Troubleshoot any problems in a timely manner, ・ Maintain close contact with various cargo handling resources, including contracted service, ・  Supervise computerized record keeping for all inbound and outbound cargo and flights (including daily cargo, weights, and air waybills) and documents for U.S. ・ Maintain weekly ULD (Unit Load Device) inventories; ・  Prepare various reports covering cargo operations, including statistics, irregularities, etc.; ・   Accurately file and maintain documents; ・ Create correspondence・  Performing any other administrative duties as directed by Supervisors and Managers.
