Minimum of 3+ years as F&B Management preferred
Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred

The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the outlets areas within the hotel including, but not limited to, 3SIXTY Bar, Bistro, and Market Place. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. The Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.
The ideal candidate will have strong beverage knowledge and a passion for staff training. The Food and Beverage Manager will be playing an integral role in developing the new concept for the hotel's restaurant re-opening in late spring.
