MAI also operates a travel, travel essentials, and gift store called Pack-N-Go in the United Airlines
terminal at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO), where MAI employs Sales Associates to
operate the Pack-N-Go store.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking customer-focused Sales Associates who are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about delivering outstanding service. You’ll help customers find what they need, maintain a clean and organized store, and bring positive energy to every shift.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service
• Use Square POS system to complete transactions efficiently
• Restock and merchandise inventory to maintain store appearance
• Answer customer questions about products and make helpful recommendations
• Support store operations, including pricing, markdowns, and inventory tracking
• Follow store procedures and policies, including punctuality, register handling, and cleanliness
• Collaborate with teammates to create a fun, supportive work environment
• Represent Pack-N-Go professionally to customers and airport staff
• Maintain consistent attendance and reliable performance
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Age 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout shift
• Comfortable using technology such as POS systems, handheld scanners, and basic email

 

Work Schedule & Environment:

• Must be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Business casual attire and comfortable shoes required
• Shifts may vary depending on airport and business needs

 

SFO Requirements:

• Must pass a 10-year background and employment verification
• Must pass SFO security training and fingerprinting
• Must obtain and maintain an SFO badge

 

Compensation:
Starting hourly rate: $20.96–$22.00, depending on experience
