Responsibilities

  • Learning about our company Canonica chocolate making heritage and our wide collection of imported chocolates and local San Francisco products.
  • Training and proper procedure of chocolate handling, cash handling and POS will be provided.
  • Expertly address guest questions and suggest the right product to fulfill their needs.
  • Create experience through ensuring operational excellence that includes:
    • Meeting and exceeding sales and service goals with Management
    • Maintaining visual and merchandising standards
    • Following all safe food handling protocols
    • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation standards and uniforms.
    • Proper cash handling and inventory control
    • Participate in receiving of product delivery that may involve lifting-up to 25 lbs.
    • Must have good communication skills.
    • Must be able to work opening and closing shifts when scheduled at different terminals.

Qualifications

  • Must pass SFO Airport background check, badging and security test that applies to SFO rules and regulations.
  • 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
  • 18yrs & over
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Be able to offer flexible availability which would include evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work in fast paced Airport environment.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds or more.
