Company Description

Lady Luck Gourmet LLC, a registered ACDBE, was formed in 2005 by airport-experienced executives specifically to own and operate airport foodservice operations. Simply transplanting an off-premise restaurant to an airport can fail to address different needs and priorities of an airport, its passengers, security and staff as compared to a neighborhood or mall restaurant. We understand that and have lived it for the past 30 years.

Our latest project, Goldilocks Filipino Cuisine, opened May 22, 2020, is the first Goldilocks in an airport and newest member of the Goldilocks family of restaurants with almost 1,000 stores worldwide. The format of this new store is quick-service Filipino food and we will also offer a variety of Goldilocks’ famous baked goods.

The Utility worker is responsible to maintain the cleanliness of the store. Their second priority is to be a team player. By helping team members, they can provide the best customer service. Lastly, they are to follow company policies and procedures and perform all other requests from their duty manager.

Responsibilities

  • Wash pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures to ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation
  • Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, utensils, kitchen, work areas and equipment in orderly and sanitary condition
  • Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators and storage area
  • Sweep, mop and scrub floors
  • Wash floor mats and garbage cans on a regular basis
  • Sort and remove/throw trash in the designated area
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas manually using utility cart
  • Assist co-workers in receiving deliveries and storing supplies in proper places
  • Dump used oil properly following the standard procedure provided by the SFO Airport

Qualifications

  • Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
  • Must be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift/move at least 50lbs
  • Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
  • Must pass a 10-year background check
