We are at the arrivals level at the San Francisco International Airport.

Operation hours: Sunday - Saturday, 9:00 am-9:00 pm

 

Job title: Sales Representative

Salary: $21.00 per hour plus 5% commission based on your total sales

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.  Transfer SIM cards to compatible devices.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest cell phone models, features, and accessories to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the mobile or technology industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using and explaining mobile technology and features.
  • Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
