Hourly Range: $24.75 - $29.65

The Uniform Coordinator role provides uniform services for the McGee Air Services employees, including but not limited to, receiving and handling new garments upon arrival, adding new inventory, and issuing uniform replacements to employees consistent with McGee's uniform program. Additionally, this role is responsible for arranging for alterations when needed as well as coordinating uniform cleaning. Shift Info: Our operational teams work around the clock 365 days per year. Shifts will vary based off specific roles, we work hard and play hard too. Our team members adapt to celebrating Holiday's or Events on different days to ensure a strong operational performance.

Do you match this skillset?

• Duties include, but not limited to, receive and sort uniforms and vests from employees.
• Print shipping and received reports.
• Assign uniforms, garment bags to new and transferring employees.
• Replace damaged and ill-fitting uniforms.
• Receive returned uniforms, garment bags from separated or transferred employees.
• Work independently, make logical decisions and address problem to ensure all employees receive the services required to fill the employee needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate all pertinent information with co-workers and Supervisors, verbally and with notes as applicable
• Performs all other job-related duties as assigned

Must haves to join our team:

• Working a constant and quick pace for up to two consecutive hours
• Able to work varied shifts; weekends and holidays
• Obtaining and maintaining an airport security clearance, background criminal history check, drug screen, and fingerprinting required
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record required
• Understanding and ability to utilize electronic tools to interpret flight schedules and airline flight destination information
• Performing basic mathematical functions (e.g., counting bags, verifying cargo weights)
• Ability to give/receive oral instructions in English
• Lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and one of the following documents to be qualified for this position.
  • Original or certified copy of a birth certificate
  • Unexpired US Passport
  • Permanent Resident Card
  • Unexpired US Territory Passport and I-94
• Airport SIDA Badge Requirements
  • Important update for non-crew employees working at an airport or maintenance hangar: Employees will be required to obtain a SIDA badge provided by the airport authority and maintain good standing in order to keep their SIDA badge. Review the SIDA Badge Requirements document for a comprehensive overview.

We'd love if you have some of these....

• A minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in uniform distribution or similar area such as shipping and receiving or warehouse inventory required
• Minimum of 1 year of airline operational experience preferred
• Must work with minimal supervision
• Passion for customer service and high expectations for quality and accuracy
• Proven ability to interface with team members and leadership in a fast paced and often rapidly changing environment
• Detail oriented mind-set a must
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
• Hands-on, high energy approach essential.

Salary Range (if applicable):

The full hourly range for this position is $24.71 - $34.59 per hour.

The expected Hiring Hourly Range for this position is $24.75 - $29.65 per hour.
