Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring efficient workflow
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, as well as increase sales and profitability
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Train and develop staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to maintain strong relationships and negotiate favorable terms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for ordering, scheduling, and reporting
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings

**Must be able to pass a Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment (STA) to obtain an airport-issued badge and show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.**
