The Airport Lounge Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to lounge guests by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked environment. This role supports daily lounge operations and ensures guests enjoy a comfortable and premium experience while traveling.

Responsibilities

Guest Service

  • Greet guests warmly and verify lounge access eligibility
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about lounge amenities
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary

Lounge Presentation & Cleanliness

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of seating areas, restrooms, and service stations
  • Ensure the lounge is well-stocked with food, beverages, and supplies
  • Monitor lounge capacity and guest flow to maintain comfort and safety

Food & Beverage Support

  • Set up, replenish, and monitor food and beverage offerings
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Clear used dishes and maintain service areas throughout the shift

Operational Support

  • Follow airport security, safety, and company policies
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned
  • Communicate operational issues to the Lounge Manager or Supervisor

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment

Skills & Attributes:

  • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Preferred:

  • Experience in airport, hotel, or food service environments
  • Multilingual abilities
