Job Summary

The Dispatchers monitor catering schedules to ensure timely delivery of food & beverages to outbound aircraft, communicates by phone & radio with drivers & customers, formulates plan for shift & communicates with supervisors/drivers.  Administrative tasks- complete dispatch sheet, correct aircraft numbers, flights, times, trucks, maintain call back log (later flights*), Perform additional duties as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:    

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English; needs to possess excellent verbal customer service and written communication skills
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License.
• Organization, prioritization skills.
• Detail orientation, strong mathematical skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to understand and follow customer specifications,
• Knowledge of various devices; smartphones, 2-way radio, phone, tablets, internet-based programs, must be able to interact with all levels of employees. 
• MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY as we are open 7 days a week and 24hrs a day.
