Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
  • You pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment
  • You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction
  • You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings
  • You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact
  • You bring valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships
  • You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
  • You are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure
  • You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and are authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
