What You'll Do
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store, kitchen, work areas, equipment, dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils
• Wash dishes, utensils, floor mats, and garbage cans using assigned cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors and maintain work areas in an orderly and sanitary condition
• Stock food, utensils, and supplies in serving stations, refrigerators, cupboards, and storage areas
• Sort and remove trash to designated disposal areas
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas as needed
• Assist with receiving deliveries and storing supplies in proper locations
• Dispose of used oil in accordance with established SFO Airport procedures
Airport-Specific Requirements
• Must pass TSA/SFO background check for airport badging
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Open availability - early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
What We're Looking For
• Willingness to follow all food-safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
• Able to stand or walk for the full shift and lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Able to read and follow instructions, short correspondence, and company policies
